Toby Turtle is a great walk-around puppet or may be used over a stage. His head and neck come completely out if you want to use him as a worm or creature puppet without his shell. He is constructed from foam-based velour and felt with a durable hard plastic mouth. He is dark green and light green in color. Tommy Turtle is green and brown. Head and neck is 18 inches long and shell is 12 inches in diameter.
